Chicken With Mustard And Capers

Ingredients

  • 2 drumsticks with thighs
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • juice of half lemon
  • 7 to 8 capers
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • olive oil
  • sea salt, pepper

Preparation

Make a marinade from mustard, crushed capers and garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Rub well into the meat, especially the underside without skin and leave for a while. At least for one hour, or overnight. It tastes better. When ready to bake, grease a baking tray, or place on baking paper. Spice with salt and pepper. Place into the oven and heat it to 220 degrees. To prevent your marinade from burning quickly, you can first roast the meat covered for half an hour to 40 minutes, and then uncovered for 20 minutes until it get nice golden color. You can enjoy this chicken with some salad, for example, make from fresh celery and carrot and spiced with lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, pepper, few capers and roasted sesame.
