- 1,5 – 2 l water (depending on whether you prefer thick or thinner soup)
- 250 g chicken white meat
- 1 leek
- 1 kohlrabi (or zucchini)
- 2 tablespoons grated horseradish
- little turmeric
- sea salt
Chop and fry leek on little oil and water, then add chicken white meat cut into cubes and pour water. When the meat is cooked, add grated kohlrabi and cook for more 10 to 15 minutes. Before the end spice with horseradish, turmeric, salt and pepper. If you like you can add little lemon juice before serving.
