Chicken With Pepper And Lemon

  • fresh rosemary
  • little olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • sea salt, pepper
  • roasted green belly pepper
  • optional – Jalapeño chili pepper


On little olive oil gently fry fresh chopped rosemary, then add chicken meat you previously cut into cubes (app. 200 g). When the meat is soften and get nice golden color, add lemon juice per your taste as well as salt and pepper. Peel the green pepper you previously roast in the oven, and cut into stripes. Place it over the chicken ans sprinkle with more lemon juice. If you like spicy and hot add Jalapeño chili pepper.
