- 2 eggs
- 3 teaspoons homemade roasted red peppers sauce (or tomato sauce without sugar)
- little olive oil
- little lemon juice
- sea salt, pepper
For this simple recipe, you need 2 hard-boiled eggs. Cut them in half and remove yolks. Crush them, mix with roasted red pepper sauce, add little olive oil and lemon juice. Of course, add sea salt and pepper per taste. Finely mash all to get a compact mixture, put in decoration bag or use spoon and fill egg whites. This is an amount for one person.
