Pork Steaks In Mushrooms Sauce


  • 4 thin steaks from pork leg
  • spices: sea salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder
  • little oil for frying
  • 1 onion
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • little white wine
  • 1 cup cooking cream


Wrap the steaks into mix of spices per your taste and fry on little allowed oil from both sides. For the sauce chop onion and fry on little oil, when soften add chopped mushrooms and fry them with onion. Don’t salt them at the start because they will release water. Then add little white wine, continue cooking and at the end add cooking cream. Don’t overcook, it’s enough just to start boiling and remove from the heat.
