- 1,5 cups of grated cheddar or similar type cheese (or 375 ml)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 100 g spelt flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper or chilli pepper…
Mix in bowl grated cheese, flour, butter, salt and pepper or chili. Knead until get compact ball. Stretch it between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of maybe five millimeters and cut using a pizza knife into cubes. Arrange them on a baking paper, but separate them, because these crackers will spill a bit during baking. Bake them on 220 degrees until get a nice golden color, some 15 to 20 minutes. You can arrange them to a paper towel, which will absorb excess fat. Wait for them to cool, as they will tighten during cooling.
