- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 fresh red belly pepper
- to taste: sea salt, garlic, oregano and colorful pepper
- little olive oil
Chop the fresh pepper into small cubes. Add to sour cream and stir, then add little olive oil and spices per your taste. Stir all, try, add more spices if necessary, form with the spoon, sprinkle with olive oil and colorful pepper.
Sour cream is also allowed in restriction but the recommendation is not to eat it often.
