Flowers With Young Cheese

Ingredients

  • 300 g allowed flour (spelt + rye, buckwheat…)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml sour milk
  • 50 ml mineral water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 g butter
  • pinch of sea salt
  • seeds per your wish
  • young cheese per your wish or sour cream

Preparation

Knead the medium hard dough, stretch using rolling pin on 1/2 cm thick and cut into rectangles. Grease with melted butter and put some cheese on it. Cut the bottom part into strips, then wrap in a roll and merge. Arrange them in muffin molds. Coat with yolk and sprinkle with seeds as desired. Bake at 200 degrees for about thirty minutes.

This is complicated dish due to combination of eggs and cheese.
