Butter Muffins With Chocolate

Ingredients

For the base:

  • 110 g almond flour
  • 40 g coconut flour
  • 40 g agave syrup
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla aroma
  • pinch of sea salt

For the filling:

  • 70 g butter per your wish (cashew, sunflower, almond, hazelnut)
  • 20 g agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • pinch of sea salt

For the glaze:

  • 150 g chocolate with 70% cocoa

Preparation

Mix all ingredients for the base and knead the dough with your hands. Divide the dough into molds for muffins (app. 7 muffins) and press them well and form muffins with recess in the middle. Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes on 170 degrees. When get nice golden color, remove from the oven and leave to cool well. In a meantime mix butter with agave syrup, oil and salt. Carefully take out cooled muffins from the molds and stuff with prepared butter and pour melted chocolate over them. Leave in the freezer for 15 minutes and then enjoy with coffee.
