Buns With Olives


  • 250 g flour (mix of Graham and buckwheat)
  • 2 dl mineral water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 3 – 4 chopped olives


Whisk the egg, add mineral water, salt, one part of flour, then add baking soda and olives. Then add the rest of the flour, olive oil and lemon juice. The mixture will be very thick. Take part by part of the dough with floured hands, shape them little and place in baking tray covered with baking paper. Put in preheated oven on 220 degrees and bake about 15 minutes. Use toothpick to check is it baked. Combine with ever you like.
