Spilled Pie With Zucchini


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons spelt flour
  • 2 tablespoons millet pie
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt


Grate zucchini and leave to release water. In the meantime whisk the eggs, add flours, baking powder, salt and sour cream. Then at the end add grated zucchini. Pour into round baking dish (24 – 26 centimeters in diameter) greased with pork fat or covered with baking paper and put in prehetaed oven. Bake about 15 minutes on 220 degrees.

Due to combination of eggs and sour milk, this is considered complicated dish and can be consumed once in 15 days.
