Ingredients
- 200 g flour (mix of spelt, rye and buckwheat)
- 125 ml water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients, then add oil and water. Knead the dough on a floured surface. Stretch it using rolling pin into thin circle. Take some round mold or cup and take out circles small enough to form baskets. Then stretch each circle little more and take molds for muffins. Grease each mold or use silicone molds and put circles in each. Put them into preheated oven on 130 degrees for ten minutes, then increase the temperature to 220 and leave for more ten minutes. Remove from the oven and stuff per your wish. Some examples: greek salad (feta cheese, cherry tomato, fresh basil, olives, olive oil and black pepper), or scrambled eggs, cherry tomato, little black pepper, or something else…
