Homemade Tomato Juice


  • tomatoes
  • fresh parsley
  • fresh basil
  • sea salt


Take the tomatoes as much as you have, wash it, peel and chop into blender or food processor together with a lot of fresh parsley and fresh basil. Pour into large, but shallow dish and heat on low temperature, then let cook and continue stirring on moderate temperature for about one hour. Add salt to taste before the end. This tomato in itself is so sweet that even if you’re not on chrono diet, there would be no need to add sugar. Pour the hot juice into the bottles heated in the oven. Cover them up and wrap them in paper right away… newspapers… what have you got. The bottles remain packed and wraped until opened. After opening they go to the fridge.
