- 1,5 cup of flour (rye, oat and buckwheat)
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- app. 1 dl mineral water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Mix flours with pinch of salt, baking soda, then add mineral water and at the end add lemon juice. You should get moist, loose dough that you can take with the spoon. Form small buns on a baking paper you place into baking dish, sprinkle with caraway and coarse sea salt. Put in preheated oven on 220 degrees and bake about 20 minutes.
