Perfect Small Bread


  • 150 g flour (mix per your wish)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mix of spices for bread (anise, fennel, coriander and caraway)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1,5 dl mineral water
  • caraway and coarse sea salt for sprinkling


First mix flour (rye, spelt, buckwheat, oat…), add salt, spices and baking soda. Then add oil, mineral water and lemon juice. Mix well all and you’ll get wet dough. Form ball with wet hands and place into baking dish covered with baking paper. Take the knife and make a small cross in the middle, sprinkle with caraway and coarse sea salt. Put in preheated oven and bake about 10 to 15 minutes depending on the oven.
