Pumpkin And Chard Cream Soup


  • 1 bunch of chard
  • 3 – 4 cubes of cleaned pumpkin
  • 1 leek
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • spices: sea salt, turmeric, toasted sesame and celery leaves
  • little hemp oil
  • little crème fraîche


Put the pumpkin into water and cook about ten minutes, then add washed chard, leek you previously cut into few pieces and garlic cloves. It is enough to boil few minutes. Mix all in a blender or food processor and add spcies per your taste. Before serving pour little crème fraîche on the top and don’t stir to get nice pattern. Put some hemp oil at the very end.
