Buns With Black Seeds


  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 30 g barley flour
  • 20 g millet flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1,5 dl mineral water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • black seeds (fennel flower or black cumin) for sprinkling


Mix all dry ingredients, then add oil, lemon juice and mineral water. Take the mixture out with the spoon and arrange in baking dish covered with baking paper. Try to make the shape of buns. Sprinkle with black seeds and put in preheated oven. Bake on 220 degrees about 15 minutes.
