- 150 g flour (rye, barley and buckwheat)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 – 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 200 ml mineral water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
Whisk the egg using mixer, add mineral water, then add flour mixed with soda. When you add flour don’t use mixer anymore, but use spatula. Add melted butter and lemon juice and start to fry pancakes. The mixture should be thick so that it doesn’t spill much on the pan, but to form that nice, not so large disks. When the bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the pancake, it’s time to flip it over.
