Spicy Chicken


  • pork fat
  • red onion
  • chicken fillets
  • sea salt
  • cumin
  • ground coriander
  • chili
  • curry
  • olive oil
  • tomato sauce without sugar
  • black olives


Grease baking dish with pork fat. Cut red onion into rings and arrange in the baking dish. Tenderize little chicken meat. Mix in a bowl sea salt, cumin, coriander, curry and chili, add olive oil and make marinade. Pour meat into marinade and rub well from all sides. Place chicken meat over the onion and put in preheated oven for few minutes. When the whole house smells nice, take out the dish and put tomato sauce and black olives over the chicken. When the whole house smells good, take out the beans and put the tomato sauce and black olives over the chicken. Then put everything back in the oven and let it simmer for about 20 minutes at 220 degrees. Or less if your oven is strong.
