- belly pepper
- red onion
- Feta cheese

The fridge cleaning might be interesting. Take some leftovers of zucchini and eggplant, finely chop them and fry for two minutes on little olive oil. Transfer to the bowl, add chopped fresh belly pepper, red onion and cheese. Stir all well and put on chrono bread you previously toasted.
Those in restriction can use some young cheese instead of Feta.
