- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 egg
- pinch of sea salt
- 1,5 tablespoon flour (buckwheat or spelt)
- little oil for frying
Grate zucchini and drain it from water. Whisk one egg in a bowl, add zucchini, pinch salt, and then add one and half tablespoon of flour. Mix well all and take the mixture with tablespoon and place in heated frying pan. Fry for one minute per each side.
