Tiger Oriental Chicken


  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 teaspoons chili explosion (mix of spices for chicken meat)
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • sea salt, pepper
  • 1 lemon


When you wash chicken, rub the mixture of all spices on it, and inside as well. When you wrap your chicken into oriental coat, put the whole lemon (previously washed and disinfected with sodium bicarbonate) inside the chicken. Place chicken into baking dish and cover with foil. Bake half an hour on 220 degrees, then remove foil and to the desired tenderness, so if you like rare, medium rare bake for another half an hour (baking process also depends on the oven) and if you like well done bake for more 45 minutes on 220. Take out the lemon and you can eat it, it’s creamy and very tasty, and the chicken has a beautiful aroma. You can also try with tangerine.
