Chrono Sourdough Fritters


  • 200 g flour (mix of rye, spelt and millet)
  • app. 1,5 dl mineral water
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Take the mixture with wet hands and form fritters – oblong or whatever shape you want. Place them in heated oil and fry from both sides. Combine with some spread, dip or something other.
