- 200 g flour (mix of rye, spelt and millet)
- app. 1,5 dl mineral water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Take the mixture with wet hands and form fritters – oblong or whatever shape you want. Place them in heated oil and fry from both sides. Combine with some spread, dip or something other.
