Chickpeas Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 can cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 tablespoon oat bran
  • 1/2 tablespoon spelt flour
  • pinch of baking soda
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 egg white or whole egg

Preparation

Drain chickpeas from the liquid and pour into blender. Add other ingredients and make pate from everything. Add egg white or whole egg to connect the mixture. Take out the mixture with wet hands and form burgers. Put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and place in preheated oven. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 220 degrees. Make some quick buns as desired. Stuff them with roasted red peppers sauce or tomato sauce, put burgers, then some mustard and red onion circles. And enjoyment can start.
