Fast Pie With Vegetables


  • 1/3 zucchini
  • 1 small leek
  • 1 small belly pepper
  • 1 handful olives
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pork fat
  • 2 tablespoons buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon barley flour
  • 1 tablespoon millet flour


Chop leek and fry on 1/2 tablespoon pork fat. Also chop zucchini, pepper and olives. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add baking powder, salt and 1/2 tablespoon pork fat. Then gradually add flours and vegetables at the end. Pour mixture into baking dish covered with baking paper. Align and put in preheated oven. Bake about 15 minutes on 220 degrees.
