Simple Muffins


  • 150 g (rye, buckwheat and barley)
  • 2 dl mineral water
  • 1 tablespoon flax
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • seeds for sprinkling
  • pork fat for greasing baking mold


First mix flours in a bowl. Add salt, soda and ground flax and mix all. Then gradually add oil and mineral water. At the end add lemon juice and stir once again. Grease molds with pork fat or use silicone molds. Pour mixture into molds and sprinkle seeds (press them little into each muffin to keep them). Bake in preheated oven between 15 and 20 minutes on 220 degrees.
