Small Pie With Leek

Ingredients

  • 1 small leek
  • 3 teaspoons pork fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons buckwheat flour
  • 1 dl mineral water
  • 1 tablespoon crushed flax

Preparation

Wash leek and cut it into circles. Heat in the pan two teaspoons pork fat and fry chopped leek with little pepper. When soften, leave it to cool. Whisk in a bowl one egg, add mineral water, one teaspoon pork fat, salt, baking powder, flour and flax. Mix well all, then add fried leek. Stir well once again, then pour into small baking dish covered with baking paper. Put in the oven and bake about ten minutes on 220 degrees.
