Bread With Olives


  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 100 g rye flour
  • 3 teaspoons chopped olives
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 dl mineral water
  • seeds per your wish for sprinkling


First turn on the oven to preheat. Mix in a bowl flours, salt, dried basil and baking powder. Then add chopped olive and stir again. Then add olive oil and mineral water and stir well. You’ll get thick mixture. Pour it into baking dish (my mold was 23 cm long and about 13 cm wide) covered with baking paper. Align with wet hands and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, sunflower and black sesame. Press them little into the bread. Cover with foil and put in the oven. Bake about 30 minutes on 220 degrees. Before the end uncover to make a nice crust.
