Mushroom Pie

Ingredients

  • 500 g buckwheat phyllo dough
  • 1,2 kg mushrooms
  • 3 onions
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 dl water
  • sea salt, pepper, cumin
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

In one bowl pour water and 2 tablespoons of oil, mix and leave on the side. Chop onion into cubes and mushrooms into thin slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry onion on it, then add mushrooms and fry little together. Before the end add spices. Grease baking dish with pork fat or olive oil, and put one sheet of phyllo on the bottom and coat it with a mixture of water and oil. Put another sheet over it, also coat with a mixture of water and oil and with thin layer of sour cream. Then put mushroom mixture and two sheets over that, also coated with mixture of water and oil. Put little sour cream over this sheet as well. Repeat the procedure until you have mushroom mixture and at the end finish with one sheet of phyllo also coated with mixture of water and oil and sour cream. Put in preheated oven and bake about 20 minutes on 200 or 210 degrees, depending on the oven.
