Ham And Mozzarella Rolls


For the dough:

  • 50 g rye flour
  • 50 g spelt flour
  • 50 g buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 – 110 ml lukewarm water


Mix all dry ingredients, then add oil and water. Knead a little harder dough. Take rolling pin and stretch the dough as thin as possible, but make sure it is not glued to the work surface. Put some flour on it. Then take out the circles with a bigger cup. Stretch each little bit more. Reconnect the rest of the dough into a ball and repeat the procedure until you have a dough. Coat each circle with roasted red peppers sauce or tomato sauce, place one sheet of ham over it, and one piece of mozzarella in the middle. Wrap them and grease with olive oil over the surface. Arrange them on baking tray covered with baking dish and put in preheated oven. Bake about 10 minutes on 220 degrees.
