Salted Sticks

Ingredients

  • 170 g integral spelt flour
  • 80 g oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • little lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 125 ml lukewarm water
  • coarse sea salt for rolling

Preparation

First mix all dry ingredients, then add wet. Knead the dough and form the ball. Leave it to rest for half an hour. Then prepare in one bowl coarse sea salt. Take the small pieces of the dough and form them between your palms so that they are about 10 cm long and about 1 cm wide. Then roll them into coarse sea salt and arrange on baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake about 15 minutes on 225 °C. Serve with everything you like.
