Chicken Pate In Hot Peppers


  • 1 chicken file
  • 1 waist of spring onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of colorful pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • water
  • few hot peppers


Chop chicken meat into cubes and put into pot. Also chop spring onion and add to the meat, pour water and cook. At the end of cooking add salt, pepper and curry. When the meat is softened transfer all into blender, add olive oil and mix all. Don’t put too much water, just to start blending, and gradually add to get compact pate. If you like hot peppers use them for stuffing. Wash them, cut in half, remove seeds and stuff with prepared pate. Sprinkle with seasoning per your wish and your dinner is ready.
