Mini Breads With Spices


  • 60 g rye flour
  • 60 g buckwheat flour
  • 30 g oat flour
  • 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 full teaspoon baking soda
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


As always first mix dry ingredients, then add oil and water. Mix all well. Use muffins molds to make mini breads. Pour mixture into silicone molds or in greased classic molds or those in which you put paper molds for muffins. Put in preheated oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes on 200 degrees. You can make sandwiches of them, or consume with eggs, dairy products, delicatessen…
