- 2 eggs
- 100 g butter or 6 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 220 g integral spelt flour
- 80 g oat flour
- 1 baking powder
- 200 g chocolate with at least 70% cocoa
Whisk the eggs with butter (melted on room temperature) or with coconut oil. Then add other ingredients except chocolate. Then chop chocolate and add to mixture. Knead compact dough and turn on the oven on 200 degrees. Make balls from the dough, place them on baking tray covered with baking paper and press them little to make the shape of cookies. You should get some 20 cookies. Bake them about ten minutes.
