Turmeric Buns

Ingredients

  • 100 g rye flour
  • 30 g buckwheat flour
  • 20 g oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons goat sour milk
  • 1 dl mineral water
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1,5 bag baking powder

Preparation

Mix in a bowl flours, salt, baking powder and spices. Then add oil, sour milk and water. Stir all well with the spoon. Put baking paper into baking tray and make buns. Form them and make smooth with wet hands. Put in preaheated oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes on 200 or 210 degrees. Use toothpick to check are they baked.
