Bread With Wild Oregano And Olives

Ingredients

  • 250 g graham flour
  • 50 g barley flour
  • 2/3 bag of baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • handful chopped black olives
  • 2 teaspoons wild oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 250 ml water

Preparation

First mix flours, salt, baking powder and oregano. Then add oil, water and chopped olives. Stir all with the spoon and leave to rest for a while. If you use ordinary baking tray put baking paper in it, or use silicone mold for the bread. Pour the mixture into mold, align with wet hands and sprinkle with seeds per your wish and press them little into the bread. Cover with foil and put in preheated oven. Bake about 40 minutes on 200 or 210 degrees. Then bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes. Use toothpick to check is it baked. Wrap the bread into dry clothdish and leave to cool.
