Kefir Cream Cheese With Carrot And Sesame

Ingredients

  • 2 l kefir
  • handful chopped basil
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoons roasted sesame
  • sea salt per taste

Preparation

Strain two liters of kefir through the gauze and sieve and leave about 10 hours. You’ll get texture of cream cheese. Then add handful of chopped basil, grated carrot and roasted sesame. Add salt per taste. From 2 liters of kefir you’ll get 350 g cheese.
