Tetakor - Swedish Tea Cakes


  • 5 dl soft spelt flour
  • 1,5 dl buckwheat flour or other integral flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 dl sour milk
  • 1 dl mineral water
  • pinch of sea salt


Set the oven to 250 degrees. Knead soft dough and then divide it into eight balls. Stretch each ball in the form of a disc to about 1 to 1,5 centimeter of thickness and hit it in several places with a fork.
Put on baking paper and in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, everything depends on the oven strength. When finished, remove them from the oven and cover with a cloth until they get cold.
