Lean Chrono Russian Salad


  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 waist of spring onions
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1/2 cup of cooked chickpeas
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • few tablespoons aquafaba mayonnaise


Chop peppers, onions and olives into small cubes and put in some bowl. Remove tuna from the can and drain with your hands and add to peppers. Then add cooked chickpeas, little salt and mix with mayonnaise.

If you’re in non-restriction phase you can consume and combine this salad for the lunch as well.
