Chia Pudding With The Taste Of Cardamom


  • 3 dl almond milk
  • 0,5 dl chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom

For the almond cream:

  • 1,5 dl almonds
  • 1,5 dl water
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup

For the cashew cream:

  • 1,5 dl water
  • 1,25 dl cashew
  • 1 bag of vanilla aroma bag


First you should make chia pudding: add chia seeds to almond milk and cardamom and stir well. Leave to rest some half hour to let chia seeds swallow. Put ingredients for almond cream into blender and mix until get smoothe cream. The same procedure is for cashew cream. Put them into fridge while wait for pudding. When the pudding is ready, pour it into glass and overflow with almond cream, then with cashew cream. Decorate with chocolate with (70% cocoa) and little cardamom.
