Ingredients

  • 200 g rye flour
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of hot pepper
  • chopped sprig of basil

Preparation

Knead flour and butter, add mineral water and spices. Form 12 balls, put them into paper baskets for the molds, sprinkle with hot pepper and put in preheated oven on 200 degrees. Bake about ten to fifteen minutes.
