Squids From The Oven

Ingredients

  • 500 g squids
  • integral bread crumbs
  • 2 – 3 garlic cloves
  • pepper
  • lemon zest

Preparation

Cut squids and dry on a paper. Cut them a little bit bigger and leave tentacles whole. Make bread crumbs from the old chrono bread. Then add pepper and lemon zest to mashed garlic and mix with bread crumbs. Grease squids with olive oil and roll into mixture and arrange in a baking dish greased with butter. Preheat the oven on 200 degrees. Put squids in it and after 20 minutes take out and slowly, stir gently, actually turn squids a bit to bake well on the other side. When take out from the oven, salt them and sprinkle with chopped parsley. They’re better while warm. They fine well with lettuce.
