Snail Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 100 g spelt flour
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sour milk
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients, then add sour milk and olive oil. Mix with the spoon, then knead with your hands. The dough will slip a bit, but will become homogeneous. Divide it into two equal parts and stretch using rolling pin. Then roll the dough as in a pancake, then bend it as snail. Then repeat the procedure again. On the tortillas you get, and it should be as thin as possible, you will see the circles. When it is baked, you will easily separate these layers, or circles, and dip into something.
