Ingredients

  • 100 g fresh dates
  • 100 g ground hazelnuts or almond
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • little vanilla aroma
  • agave or maple syrup

Preparation

Remove seeds from the dates and put them into blender. Add hazelnuts or almonds and cocoa and slowly mix while adding agave or maple syrup. How much you add will depend on how sweet you want them to be. In addition to syrup, you can add some water to make it all faster. And that’s it. If you like you can add dried plums, apricots, raisins… Form balls from the mixture and roll them into ground hazelnuts, almonds, cocoa, coconut…whatever you like.
