Muffins With Bacon And Spring Onion


  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g bacon
  • 2 – 3 green parts of spring onion
  • 2,5 tablespoons rye flour
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder


Chop bacon and spring onion, fry and leave to cool. Whisk egg whites into foam, then add egg yolks, and stir. Then add flour and stir using spoon, then pour olive oil, baking powder and bacon and spring onion. You can also add spices per your wish. This is amount for six muffins. Bake on 220 degrees about 15 minutes.
