Crackers With Brie Cheese And Cracklings


  • 180 g Brie cheese
  • 140 g cracklings
  • 200 g integral rye flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon spices per taste


Chop cracklings in blender or food processor, then add Brie cheese and chop together to get cream. Transfer to the bowl in which you mixed flour with baking soda and spices. Mix well to get medium soft dough that does not stick to hands. Leave in the fridge to rest for an hour. Stretch using rolling pin to seven millimeters thickness, and during stretching sprinkle with sesame or black caraway and put in preheated oven on 180 degrees and bake about 20 minutes. Leave to cool and enjoy.
