- 1 handful of almonds
- 1 handful of walnuts or almonds
- 1 handful of dried cherries
- 1 handful of dried plums
- 3 full tablespoons carob
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- turmeric, sesame and honey, cocoa, carob and ground almonds
First you should grind almonds and walnuts. For more intense taste, you can bake them in a pan or oven for 10 minutes at 150 degrees. When you grind them add dried cherries and plums and chop them. Put all into blender or food processor and add carob and cocoa. The mixture is a little sandy, due to the amount of carob and cocoa. To form the balls easier, add two to three teaspoons of water. Roll balls into the tastes you like.
