Migas - Traditional Spanish Dish


  • 500 g old chrono bread
  • 250 g Spanish chorizo sausage
  • 150 g bacon
  • 6 – 7 garlic cloves
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 4 eggs
  • spices per taste: sea salt, pepper, chili…


First crumble and soak the bread and leave for one hour. In a meantime chop bacon and sausages and clean garlic. Then heat the little olive oil and put the garlic in it (not chopped, just pressed with the knife) and fry it little. Remove from the pan, and put in the bowl. Then add bacon and sausages and fry them also and then remove and put in the bowl with garlic. Then add bread and fry it until get crust and nice golden color. Then put back all ingredients, add spices, stir and fry little together to mix all tastes. Fry eggs and serve on the top of prepared Migas.
