The quantities are arbitrary, as much as you like, the only thing that matters is the same measure of ginger and garlic. Take two of the same small bowls and fill them so they look the same. Peel ginger and cut it on the size of garlic clove. Put all in blender, add sea salt and mix. Gradually add olive oil to push the mixture and to get it be homogeneous. Should not have large parts of vegetables, but everything should be a pate consistency.
