Three Types Of Flour Polenta

Ingredients

  • 4 dl water
  • 4 – 5 tablespoons flour (buckwheat, oat and barley)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • few slices of bacon
  • 1 piece of young cheese

Preparation

Mix buckwheat, barley and oat flour. Put the water to boil and gradually add tablespoon per tablespoon of flour constantly stirring using whisk to avoid creating clumps. When get desired density, reduce temperature and let to cook more few minutes. In a meantime fry bacon. Pour polenta into bowl, add some young cheese and put the bacon on the middle.
